This weekend's eats are brought to you by GOURDS - butternut squash, pumpkin, and spaghetti squash. With the exception of fresh summer berries, fall flavors are my favorite. I could feast the entire fall and winter on roasted squashes, baked pumpkin treats, and crock pot vegetarian chili.
