It's been quite a while since I have done an "everyday eats" post and I didn't realize just how many pictures were on my photo stream that I had yet to share. The recurring themes of the past several weeks have been simple meals, local produce, and egg sandwiches.

The purple sweet potatoes were a new find at the market. They have the consistency of white potatoes but with the sweetness of sweet potatoes.
